‌By resolution of the Association's Council, Mr. Yu Zedong (also known as Yu Ze), a citizen of the People's Republic of China, has been relieved of his position as Secretary General and all relations with the Association terminated effective March 16, 2025.

Henceforth, any personal activities conducted by Mr. Yu Zedong in China, Russia, or other regions are undertaken in his private capacity. Such activities in no way represent the position of this Association and bear no association with our organization.

Should any unauthorized use of the Association's name for initiating or participating in activities be discovered, the Association reserves the legal right to pursue corresponding liabilities in accordance with applicable laws.
